This website is operated by Pendulum Leisure Clothing. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service." You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site.
2. Products and Availability
- Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colours and images of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual colour.
- Stock: All products (including upcoming hoodies and sweaters) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or product information. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify's approved payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Timeline: We strive to process and ship your orders efficiently. Our standard delivery time is estimated to be 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
- Delays: While we do our best to meet this window, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, holidays, or weather). Pendulum Leisure Clothing is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
- We offer a 7-day return policy on condition that the item is:
- In its original condition
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- with the original tag still in-tact.
- Purchased online at www.pendulumclothing.co.za
- All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Discounted items to be returned at your cost within 7 days for either exchange, store credit or a refund.

Please note that the cost of shipping for returned products that are not defective will be for the customers account.
6. Order Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel or modify your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@pendulumclothing.co.za with your order number.
- Post-Fulfillment: If your order has already been processed and shipped within that 24-hour window, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard returns process.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the Pendulum Leisure Clothing logo, website design, text, graphics, and apparel designs, is the sole property of Pendulum Leisure Clothing. You may not replicate, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without express written permission.
